Please remember that the Single-Session Consultation is best for specific problems and might not be enough for complex or long-lasting issues.

What you can expect from a single session consultation

Single-Session consultation is designed for individuals who are seeking targeted assistance and support for a specific concern or issue. If you find yourself grappling with a particular problem that is causing distress or confusion, or if you are experiencing difficulty making decisions or understanding your own emotions and intrusive thoughts, a single session consultation may be the right choice for you.

By engaging in a single session consultation, you can expect to gain clarity, self-awareness, and a fresh perspective on your challenges. You will acquire practical tools and techniques to manage your emotions, navigate difficult decisions, and enhance your overall well-being. Ultimately, the aim is to empower you to overcome your current obstacles, optimize your personal growth, and create a more fulfilling life.

How does it work?

Before we meet, I will send you some brief questionnaires to complete which will help you to prepare for our session.

The session will take place on zoom and lasts 90 minutes.

At our therapy sessions, we start by exploring your main concerns or distress, creating a safe space for you to freely express your feelings and thoughts. As your therapists, we actively listen, ask questions to clarify, and offer reflections to help you gain a deeper understanding of your situation.

To cater to your specific needs, we use various therapeutic techniques tailored just for you. These may include cognitive-behavioral interventions, solution-focused strategies, or mindfulness exercises. Our focus is on equipping you with practical tools, insights, and coping mechanisms that you can easily apply to your daily life.

By the end of our session, we’ll work together to create an action plan or set achievable goals. This collaborative approach empowers you to make positive changes within our limited timeframe. If further exploration or ongoing support is needed, we can discuss the possibility of follow-up sessions or provide appropriate referrals to ensure you receive the most beneficial support.

Our single session therapy aims to provide you with support, insight, and empowerment, while recognizing that more complex or ongoing issues may benefit from additional sessions.
