Online Therapy is as effective as in-person counselling
Studies have shown that using online, or computer-based counselling over the internet using video chat is as effective as in-person counselling.
Benefits of online counselling:
Online counselling can save you quite a bit of time as you don’t have to drive anywhere.
Having to drive and sit in traffic can take a considerable amount of time out of your day.
You may be more comfortable in your own home.
You can book before you go to work or during lunchtime and don’t have to go in the evening after work
Teens may be more comfortable with video sessions
