Procrastination is not laziness. If you are procrastinating and putting things on the long finger, there are often very good reasons for this.

It could be that you want everything to be perfect and won’t start because you feel you can’t do perfection. 

It could be because you are afraid to fail or afraid to succeed.

Your therapist will help you identify why it is you procrastinate and help you identify unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and actions that are holding you back. 

During therapy you can work on strategies with your therapist to help you move forward.
