Emotional eating is a complex and often challenging issue, affecting a significant number of people. Many clients struggle with using food to manage emotions, which can lead to cycles of guilt, stress, and health impacts. On 24th May 2025, join our specialised workshop on Helping Clients Overcome Emotional Eating, a one-day course designed to provide professionals with effective tools to support clients in addressing and managing this behaviour.
In this 6 CPD-hour training, approved by the IACP, we’ll explore evidence-based strategies for helping clients understand the emotional roots of their eating habits and develop healthier, more sustainable relationships with food. This workshop integrates key principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with motivational interviewing techniques, providing a structured approach for addressing emotional triggers and fostering lasting behavioural change.
