Fees & Commitment
The fee for the 1-to-1 Weight Management Course is €960, payable upfront. All sessions need to be completed within 12 months of booking, and please note that unused sessions are non-refundable.
I know that might sound a little strict, but there’s a good reason for it. Many people who struggle with weight management have often tried different approaches, started over, and given up more times than they can count. This policy is here to help you stay fully committed and see the process through. By putting this structure in place, I’m helping you to keep momentum and give yourself the best chance of achieving lasting change.
This is your time to invest in yourself — and I’ll be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Your supporter through the programme
Susi Lodola is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who works with individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change — whether that’s around managing weight, overcoming emotional eating, or improving overall mental health and wellbeing.
She completed specialist training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in the U.S., the world’s leading organisation for CBT. Alongside this, she holds a Master of Science in CBT and Motivational Interviewing and lectures on both the BSc and MSc in Psychotherapy programmes in Ireland.
In her work, Susi combines evidence-based CBT tools, motivational interviewing techniques, and a supportive, compassionate approach. She understands how difficult it can feel to break old habits, especially for those who have started over many times before. Her focus is on helping clients recognise the thoughts and behaviours that keep them stuck, and guiding them towards healthier, sustainable patterns that fit with their lives.
Who is the progrmmae for?
This programme is for anyone who wants to move away from cycles of dieting, overeating, or relying on food to cope with difficult emotions. It’s designed for people who may have tried many times before to make changes, only to find old habits creeping back in.
It will suit you if:
-
You want support to build healthier, more balanced eating patterns.
-
You often eat in response to stress, low mood, or boredom.
-
You’ve lost weight in the past but found it hard to maintain.
-
You’re ready to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours around food.
-
You want to create long-term, sustainable change rather than a “quick fix.”
This is not a diet. There are no meal plans or food rules. Instead, it’s about making changes that last — helping you to develop a healthier relationship with food, feel more in control, and create patterns that work in your everyday life.
