Meet Isobel Nolan


Isobel holds a BA (Hons) degree in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology as well as a professional certificate in Mindfulness.  She is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association of Counselling Psychotherapists (IACP).

As a Humanistic and Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, Isobel draws on insights and tools from various theories in order to work collaboratively with clients and to offer a flexible and personalised therapy to best fit their needs. She supports clients with their challenges to enable them to feel heard and understood.

Isobel works with adults of all ages on matters such as (but not limited to): abandonment, addiction anxiety, bereavement/grief/loss, bullying, depression, identity, life transitions, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, redundancy/unemployment, relationships, self-harm, social anxiety, stress, suicidal ideation and worthlessness.
